Who we are
This website is run by Winnr Sport CIC (add registered address, company number and ICO registration number). We decide how your personal data is used.
What we collect and why
- Booking and registration forms: names, dates of birth, school, address, contact details, emergency contacts, allergies, medical conditions, medication, disability and additional needs, dietary needs, GP surgery, who must not collect your child, photo permissions and HAF details (HAF code, free school meal status, and optionally ethnic group for monitoring). We use this to run sessions safely, contact you, and (for Holiday Activities) meet the requirements of the HAF programme.

Health and additional needs information
This is sensitive. We only collect it with your consent, keep it secure, and only share it with staff who need it to look after your child.
How long we keep it
Add your retention periods, for example registration data deleted 12 months after your child stops attending.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with Solihull Council for HAF reporting, and with emergency services or safeguarding agencies if someone is at risk. Add any other recipients.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Photos
We only use photos of children where a parent or carer has said yes on the booking form.
